As invited speaker I gave a talk at eLearning Symposium Potsdam with a request: to publish existing competency defintions as well in a format with semantic data, ideally online. This would allow cross-referencing between competencies (as similar). Moreover Open Badges could link to them and thus be used as digital certificates, e.g. at university. How we do this in the Open Virtual Mobility Project was focus of this talk
