We are happy to publish the final version of the OpenVM Learner Competence Framework. Based on a Group Concept Mapping study, the OpenVM Competence Framework was constructed building on the answers of 49 experts in Virtual Mobility and Open Education. This is the English version, translations will be made  available soon.
